The Charity of Tom Woolgar

The Charity of Tom Woolgar was established in 1929. The Charity is in a position to give relief in the form of an additional winter fuel allowance to those in need, aged 65 or over and who reside in the area of the former Borough of Newport.

If you feel that you may qualify for this support, please collect an application form from the Lord Louis Library or download the form here: The Charity of Tom Woolgar Form 2020

The application form will need to be returned to Newport & Carisbrooke Community Council by Friday, 3rd January 2020.
